Why are these units below market price?
They are resale units from buyers who reserved at the launch in January 2026. Selected units are being offered below current asking prices on the market. Availability changes quickly, so request the latest list.
Can foreigners buy at Trump Tower Dubai?
Yes. The tower is freehold, so international buyers can own their residence outright, with no local partner needed.
When is handover?
The developer has scheduled handover for Q4 2031. Construction is underway, and the podium contract was awarded in August 2026.
How does paying for a resale unit work?
You pay the seller for the instalments they've already made, adjusted to the agreed price. You then take over the remaining developer payments under the 20/70/10 plan. The transfer is registered with the developer and the Dubai Land Department, and we coordinate every step.
Will buying here qualify me for a Golden Visa?
Property investments of AED 2 million or more can qualify for a 10-year UAE Golden Visa. Eligibility rules for off-plan property apply, and we'll confirm what's possible in your case.
